DWG was first established in January 1993 with the formation of the pioneer company Dennis Wee Realty Pte Ltd in a humble office with just 10 sales associates.

Founder and Chairman, Dr Dennis Wee is a veteran in the real estate agency business with more than 24 years’ experience in the industry.

Today DWG has grown into one of the leading real estate agencies in Singapore with over 2,300 sales associates. Located in a mega 23,000 square feet office in Toa Payoh Hub, the Group is poised for further expansion.

The secret of the phenomenal growth is attributed to the employment of innovative and effective marketing strategies, commitment in providing quality customer service and a strong belief in continuous training of sales associates.

All new sales associates undergo intensive in-house training whilst experienced sales associates are required to attend weekly continuous training workshops. This ensures that all DWG’s sales associates are thoroughly equipped with the knowledge and necessary know-how to service clients in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, ultimately leading to better results.

The Group achieved sales volume of $12.5 Billion in 2010.
