The Project Marketing Department, backed by an experienced team has handled dozens of local and international projects including those in the USA, Australia, China, Thailand and Malaysia. For local projects, the department had successfully marketed properties for developers such as Frasers Centrepoint, Far East Organization, WingTai Asia, MCL Land, NTUC Choice Homes, Tuan Sing Holdings, Habitat Properties, ACT-Nobel Homes and many more.

Having handled a wide variety of projects, the team has the experience and resources to develop comprehensive and creative marketing plans and strategies for developers. This include budgeting, advertising, publicity, launch activities and timing, open houses and other logistics to best market the project, in addition to providing weekly report of sales and feedback.
