DWG constantly organizes fun and recreational activities for staff and associates as it believes in the philosophy of working hard and playing hard.

Activities include company outings, festive parties, friendly sports competitions and networking sessions. Events which are held on an annual basis are the Business Conference, Dinner & Dance and Retreat.

During the Business Conference, renowned speakers would be invited to address the associates to inspire and motivate them to achieve more. Top Achievers would also be invited on stage to receive their awards in recognition of their outstanding sales performance.

Associates also look forward to attending the yearly Dinner & Dance which is usually held at a lavish venue. DWG’s Dinner & Dance is well-known for its spontaneity showcasing exhilarating themes, games and performances.

To encourage team building and bonding amongst staff and associates, Retreats are also held annually where company updates would be shared.

Response and turnout at these events have always been overwhelming.
