VALUATION

The Valuation Team has been providing valuation services to various clients including banks and financial institutions such as DBS Bank, UOB, OCBC, Indian Bank and Bangkok Bank. The department also provides regular services to Telecoms Credit Co-operative Limited, law firms, multi-national companies (MNCs), IRAS, CPF Board, and is also in HDB and JTC’s panel of valuers. The valuation department has 5 valuers with a combined wealth of some 70 years of relevant experience in the field of valuation services. The valuation department successfully obtained the ISO Certification in 2001.
